You have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel it without giving a reason (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), and on top of that we accept returns of unused items for 30 days from delivery. Full details: Refund policy and Right to cancel.

How to return an item

Email us first at help@velquora.co.uk with your order number. We reply with the return address and instructions. Parcels sent without contacting us first cannot be traced. Send the item back within 14 days of telling us, unused, in the condition you received it and in its original packaging.

Furniture returned under our 30-day policy must be unused, free of marks or wear, and sent back in its original packaging. A faulty item is always covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, used or not.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, email us a photo: under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 you can reject it for a full refund within 30 days, or ask for a repair or replacement within 6 months. We pay the return postage in these cases.

Items that cannot be returned

Unless faulty or not as described:

• items made to your specification or clearly personalised, if we ever sell any — the product page would say so (regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013);
• hygiene items, once unsealed — sealed items not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery (regulation 28(1)(c)). This applies to items worn next to the skin or held in the hand that are delivered in sealed or protective packaging, once that packaging has been opened — for example grips and overgrips that have been unwrapped, socks, and technical underwear. These exclusions do not apply if the item is faulty, not as described or damaged in transit.
• gift cards.

Return postage

If you change your mind, you pay the return postage and it is not refunded. For items worth more than £50 we recommend a tracked service.

Refunds

We refund you within 14 days of receiving your return (or, for a statutory cancellation, of your proof of postage if earlier), to your original payment method. A statutory cancellation also refunds the standard delivery charge. If the item was bought for you by someone else, the refund goes to the person who paid; you can ask for an exchange instead.

Exchanges

Email us first. The item must be unused and in its original packaging; any price difference is paid or refunded.
