The problem

A bedroom that needs warmth and texture

What it changes for you

A room of smooth surfaces can feel flat, however carefully it is styled. Woven cane brings texture back: light catches the open weave, and the natural tones soften white bedding and pale walls. Here it fronts two practical drawers, so the cabinet adds character and hides the bedside clutter at the same time.

Perfect for…

  • Boho, coastal and Scandinavian bedrooms
  • Rooms with linen, cotton and other natural textures
  • Anyone who wants two drawers rather than open shelving
  • Mid-century lovers who like splayed legs
Woven cane on every drawer

01

Woven cane on every drawer

Each drawer front is a framed panel of woven cane with an open hexagonal pattern that catches the light and adds texture to the room.

A small round wooden knob sits at the top of each front, so the drawers open easily without hiding the weave. The light frame around each panel keeps the weave flat and neat.

Splayed mid-century legs

02

Splayed mid-century legs

Four tapered legs angle gently outwards, giving the cabinet a light, steady stance in the spirit of mid-century furniture.

They raise it clear of the floor, so the room feels more open and a vacuum head reaches underneath without effort. The rounded vertical corners soften the outline from every side, so nothing feels sharp.

Warmth for a calm bedroom

03

Warmth for a calm bedroom

Light wood and natural cane bring warmth to white walls, linen bedding and old oak floorboards without adding visual weight.

The top is free for a lamp and a book, while the two drawers keep the everyday clutter neatly out of sight. Add a second one on the other side of the bed for a balanced, relaxed look.
